DOES TNK WRAP THE HELMET WHEN THE DESIGN IS COMPLETE?
No, but we may have recommendations for the best decal and print shops to work with, so feel free to ask!
HOW LONG DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE FROM START TO FINISH?
Standard Weapons School answer, "it depends..." On average people get their product delivered in less than 2 weeks, but it will depend on our current workload as well as the complexity of the design.
HOW MUCH WILL MY CUSTOM DESIGN COST?
The base rate for a design is $300. Half of your balance will be paid up front upon mock-up approval (non-refundable). The remaining project balance will be paid after final design approval and upon delivery of digital product. Some projects may incur a $50 complex design fee. This will be assessed by the designer at the mock-up approval stage and you will be notified in this instance.
WILL YOU CREATE A SINGLE DESIGN FOR AN ENTIRE SQUADRON?
While this is not exactly the emphasis of TNK (go custom or go home!) exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, workload permitting.
DO YOU CREATE DESIGNS FOR PATCHES, POSTERS, T-SHIRTS OR OTHER CUSTOM GEAR?
Workload permitting, this can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. However, our priority will always be helmet design. The price of a custom project will depend on complexity.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY DESIGN?
No worries! At TNK we guarantee 100% satisfaction and will remain committed to your piece, reworking and revising as required until you get the masterpiece you deserve. However, in the unlikely event you decide not to purchase the final design, you won’t have to pay the remaining balance on your project. As previously mentioned though, the commission fee is non-refundable.
